MG Developments, based in Puerto Peñasco, has sold an impressive 80% of its lots within the luxurious Playa Encanto Beach master-planned community in Rocky Point, a scenic 4-hour drive south of Phoenix. This development is part of the larger Encántame Resorts project.
The remaining 24 lots, ranging from 6,000 to 8,200 square feet, are available for purchase at prices between $90,000 and $130,000. According to Keith Allen, sales director for Encántame Resorts, owning property in Mexico is a straightforward process that involves using a bank trust.
“We simplify the process by utilizing a bank trust,” said Allen. “The bank holds the title and reports foreign ownership to the Mexican government, ensuring full ownership rights for our clients.”
