With an attendance of more than 30 thousand people, the ‘Rocky Point Rally 2024’ was held in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, where a show full of motorcycles was enjoyed.
As is tradition, this event is held every November, bringing together 9,500 motorcycles and thousands of fans from different states of Mexico and from various countries, who celebrated the freedom and excitement of biker culture.
The Government of Sonora, through the Ministry of Economy and Tourism, detailed that with this edition an economic spillover of 24 million pesos was generated that benefited the hotel, restaurant, commerce and tourist services sectors.
In addition, they highlighted that Puerto Peñasco is positioned as one of Sonora’s favorite places for international tourism and this positively impacts the local economy.
The Rocky Point Rally is an event that evolves year after year and has become one of the largest gatherings of motorcyclists in the region and a reference point for the North American biker community.
Attendees had the opportunity to participate in a variety of events that included: motorcycle parade, poker run, motorcycle exhibitions and contests, concerts and live music, visits to the boardwalk and local attractions.
